Is trip planning really free?
Yes — unlimited trips, unlimited destinations, free forever. The map, visa rules, weather windows, and meetups are all included on the free plan. Credits only apply to AI-powered features (auto-itinerary, AI budget breakdown).
What's a credit and when do I need one?
Credits power the AI features only — generating an itinerary costs 3 credits, an AI budget breakdown costs 1 credit. Free accounts get 3 credits at signup. Pro and Lifetime get 30 credits per month, which refreshes on the same day each month.
Why a Lifetime plan?
Lifetime is for travelers who already know they'll plan multiple trips a year and don't want to think about subscriptions. €99 once, no renewals — you get Pro forever, plus a direct line to the founder for feedback that shapes the roadmap. The price will increase as we add more premium features (real-time prices, expanded AI), so locking in early is the play.
Pro or Lifetime — which should I pick?
If you take 1–2 trips a year, Pro monthly (€5/mo) is the right call — pay only when you're actively planning. If you travel 3+ times a year or want to support the project early, Lifetime (€99 once) breaks even in under 2 years and locks in current pricing forever. Pro yearly (€40/yr, 33% off) is the in-between option.
What happens to unused monthly credits?
They roll over within the month but reset on your renewal day. The 30/month allowance is sized so even heavy users won't run out — it's a fair-use cap, not a tight budget.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes — cancel from your dashboard at any time. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans aren't refunded mid-year, but you keep all 12 months of access.
What about credits I already bought?
Existing credit balances stay yours — they don't expire and you can keep using them on AI features. If you upgrade to Pro or Lifetime, your remaining credits stack on top of your monthly allowance.
